Shipping:

New Zealand: Exciting news! Spend $50 or over and residential or business shipping is FREE!

All orders under $50 in value ship via Courierpost at p&p cost of $6.50 flat rate. Our delivery target is 2-3 days excluding rural areas which may take a few extra days.

Australia & the rest of the world: Unfortunately due to unreliable shipping experiences, we are no longer able to ship outside of New Zealand.  We know this will disadvantage many overseas customers, please accept our apologies as this is outside of our control.

Returns Policy.

A Dozen Ideas has a 7 days returns policy.  We do not offer exchanges.

We're proud of our little shop here at A Dozen Ideas so we want you to be happy with your purchases. If you have any questions concerning your items once they arrive, please contact us straight away on info@adozenideas.co.nz 

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the buyer unless there is a fault in the product.  Your original shipping and handling cost is non-refundable.  Ownership of the the item remains with the the buyer until it is delivered to us so we suggest using trackable postage options to ensure delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded.

Please note that we spend a lot of time trying to ensure quality products. The majority of our items are handcrafted with materials of various origins. Many of our beads are handcrafted by local and overseas artisans, this means there could be variations in colours and shapes of the beads and other jewellery components. We enjoy the uniqueness and eclectic look this adds to our jewellery. Many of our items are plated, this means the colour of chain and other metal items may change over time. This is the nature of the materials used and can only be avoided by using solid silver or solid gold, instead of the plated items I currently use. This change in colour cannot be classed as a product fault and adds to the charm of the item.
